You will then need to enter your delivery postcode and you will then be given an option to select a delivery date along with a timeslot.
The date you may have selected on the product page may not be available when selecting a delivery slot. This may because the delivery slots for the given day have all been booked up.
If this is the case try selecting the evening before if this is available, as this would be the best alternative.
Yes, we offer bespoke service for corporate orders. We are able to deliver outside our designated area including, Central London. If you're interested in a corporate order, feel free to reach out through our Contact Us page!
Frequently Asked Questions
Postal orders
Our postal items are made fresh to order and will be despatched within business 2-3 days.
Once despatched the item should be with you within 1-2 days as they are sent with express delivery Royal Mail tracked service.
Orders placed after Friday 12pm, through the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
For weekends that include bank holiday, orders will not be processed until Tuesday.
Postal items are shipped with Royal Mail tracked service. Shipping charge is £5.00
We ship our postal items around Mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland.
We do not ship internationally outside the UK
Our postal items come in a black sleek giftbox tied in ribbon.
There is padding inside the box to add extra safety. The items will be individually wrapped in cellophane bags inside the box.
The box is placed inside a paper delivery bag cushioned with air.
To ensure your postal items arrive on time, use the 'delivery date required' box on the product page.
We will aim to get your items made, packaged and sent out for this date.
To ensure ontime delivery, we suggest selecting a date 1-2 day prior to the actual date needed to ensure the courier delivers it in time.
Please note that while we take measures to ensure the safe delivery of products, we cannot accept liability for items that are delivered damaged.
Our packaging is designed to minimise the risk of damage during delivery. However, there is still a small possibility that products may be damaged.
We want to assure our customers that this is a rare occurrence and the likelihood of it happening to your parcel is very low. However, once the products leave our premises and are in the courier's possession, they become responsible for their handling.
Therefore, it is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of this possibility before purchasing. Consequently, we cannot accept liability for any damages that may occur during delivery and will not be able to issue a refund for this.
As we all know the Royal Mail delivery service is currently experiencing some striking actions that may affect the timely delivery of your order from time to time. While we haven't had any issues or problems as of yet, we want to make our customers aware of this possibility. If there is a delay in your order arriving, please be patient and give it an extra 2-3 days. We hope that things return to normal soon, but in the meantime, we appreciate your understanding and support.

Yes all of our food is suitable for vegetarians!
Yes all of our items are fully halal!
We don't handle Alcohol of any type and are fully Alcohol-free.
Unfortunately we cannot cater for those with nut allergies at this time.
Unfortunately we cannot cater for those with gluten allergies at the moment.
However, we do have gluten-free options on some of our items however, this is not made for those with a gluten allergy as we are not a gluten free kitchen at this time.
Yes you can! You can have more then one flavour.
Please note there is an extra charge for mixing flavours.
Always transport cakes on the floor of your cars, NOT on the seats/laps.If weather is warm, put the air conditioning on to keep the cakes cool & stable during its journey.
In warm/hot weather, keep cakes out of the sunlight and in a shaded cool place. If left in the heat, the buttercream will melt. Additionally in warm weather, keep the cake in the fridge until it is needed as this will help with its stability.
A cold air conditoned room should be okay in the warm weather for the cake to cope.
